The three-day online training of the RES-MOVE project, held on March 10–12, 2026, was successfully completed, bringing together professionals working in collaborative and coworking spaces.

RES-MOVE (Resources on the Move) is a European project that aims to strengthen migrant inclusion by leveraging collaborative and coworking spaces as hubs for learning, collaboration, and professional development.

The training engaged 12 representatives from 7 coworking spaces, offering them the opportunity to explore key aspects of interculturality and inclusion in the workplace. The sessions were delivered by Glykeria Arapi, a sociologist and adult trainer with extensive experience in human rights-based programme design.

Throughout the training, participants explored intercultural dynamics within coworking environments, focusing on how diverse cultural backgrounds shape communication, collaboration, and group interaction. The sessions also addressed stereotypes and biases, encouraging participants to reflect on how these influence workplace relationships and inclusion.

A strong emphasis was placed on practical approaches to inclusion, introducing tools and methods that can be applied in coworking spaces to foster more open, accessible, and diverse communities. In addition, participants were introduced to key concepts and simple tools for measuring and evaluating the impact of inclusion practices, supporting continuous improvement of their initiatives.

The sessions were conducted in Greek, enabling active participation and meaningful exchange among participants. Based on the daily evaluation of the sessions , the training was received very positively, with participants highlighting the practical relevance and applicability of the content.

This activity is part of RES-MOVE’s broader mission to strengthen coworking spaces as drivers of inclusion, collaboration, and social cohesion.
