News from the IPAL project – Ensuring Quality in Adult Education

The IPAL project aims at developing quality assurance tools and training resources that promote the professional development of adult trainers and the quality of adult education.
The first result of the project is a self-assessment for Adult Education providers, a tool to measure their performance in terms of the professional development of their adult educators in 4 thematic areas: Financing, Future Orientation, Internal Aspects, Public Image. The self-assessment tool is fully ready and available in all partner languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Bulgarian).
The second result of the project is an online training course for adult educators that consists of 8 modules on different instructional practices with engaging activities ready to be used by adult trainers!
