The Academy of Entrepreneurship is proud to present its new European initiative, TtraSE – Twin Transition for Social Enterprises in Arts and Craft Sectors, a project dedicated to unlocking the transformative potential of arts and crafts enterprises in driving sustainability, digital innovation, and social inclusion across the Western Balkans.
The Vision Behind TtraSE
TtraSE responds to a crucial need: although arts and crafts businesses show growing interest in topics such as green transformation, digitalization, and social impact, they often lack the tools, training, and strategies to navigate the complexities that come with these transitions. Inspired by insights from the Mosaic project and aligned with the values of the New European Bauhaus, TtraSE brings forward a comprehensive skills development agenda that connects tradition with innovation.
What Will TtraSE Deliver?
At its core, TtraSE enhances the capacities of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Continuing VET (C-VET) providers to support social enterprises in the arts and crafts sector. The project introduces:
-
Professional development programs for VET trainers focusing on green and digital skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and sustainable production practices.
-
A micro-credentials framework, enabling flexible, industry-focused upskilling tailored to the needs of arts and crafts professionals.
-
Tailored curricula and responsive training that directly reflect labour market demands and foster employability.
-
Cross-sector collaboration with private enterprises to bridge the gap between training and real-world application.
Who Are the Target Groups?
TtraSE is designed for:

Social Enterprises in the Arts and Crafts Sector
Enterprises operating with a mission of social inclusion, cultural preservation, or environmental responsibility.

VET and C-VET Providers
Including teachers, trainers, and institutional staff aiming to deliver training on green and digital skills in the context of sustainable and inclusive transformation.
